If you have access to anything with a good amount of protein and/or fiber that could help. Also water too( said by the person who doesn’t want to drink theirs cuz their water bottle smells off)

No worries. Had a second bowl and I’m a lot less shaky, but still a bit. Had some water. We’ll have dinner in like an hour or two but I desperately needed to eat something I felt like I was gonna pass out lmao
