It’s days like this where I feel like I can’t function in modern society. But like why would you tell me you’re going to give me a schedule and not give me one :(

I am autistic and I really struggle with last minute changes. I work on a PRN basis Thursday/Friday. Two of my superiors told me they’d send me a schedule for today yesterday. They did not and now my whole day is going to be filled with crippling anxiety.
