when i was a competitive gymnast we did a lot of circuits for workouts and like okay do this here do that there do this many blah blah blah and my coaches eventually learned that the first couple rounds of the circuit they had to stay near me to help me remember what to do 😭 if they didn’t my teammates would tell me LOL

i remember being 11 and my coach just finished explaining everything to her i went up to her like hey im so sorry none of that stuck in my brain please help and she was nice about it!! she said thank you for telling me i appreciate it and don’t worry lets go thru it together first
