You could get a somewhat sleeved swimsuit that has shorts or a skirt with it. That way it covers up everything except your legs. You’ll still have to shave those, but that’s the least painful area for most people.

That’s fucked up - I’m a woman and don’t shave my arms or legs because men aren’t expected to so why should I. It’s a lie that women are expected to shave their pits and legs because it’s “hygienic”. No we all know it’s unrealistic standards used to sell women products they don’t need and because men view women’s bodies as objects for their own desire and pleasure. That’s a ridiculous requirement from your mother and it’s embedded in ignorance and sexism.
