I’m not being a buzzkill it’s just that that dog is stressed out. And it matters. Dogs NEVER bite ‘out of nowhere.’ There’s always a buildup(or they were abused and you crossed their path). But people don’t SEE the buildup bc they think their warnings are just cute little behaviors. Then the dog bites and gets put down. It wasn’t their fault people were ignorant. Dogs deserve so much better

I completely understand!! It’s so aggravating to see people film their dogs in obvious distress with no regard or concern for their pets’ wellbeing

This is the case with every compilation of any “cute” animal videos. It’s so tiring and sometimes I wish only people who understood animal behavior could make those compilations

Yeah :( I heard my stepdad showing my mom a ‘cute’ video downstairs and he told her ‘let me show (me) this, they’ll think it’s so cute.’ And it was a dog clearly stressed. I just swallowed my words and nodded along bc I didn’t wanna upset him but UGH it sucks!! I don’t want to put people’s feelings above dogs’ wellbeing but I’m always around our dog so I don’t think it should be a problem…
