Same here. I want to do it so bad but I know that I can’t feasibly do it. I hate it. I just want to never see or hear from them again.

hey! so i cut my biological parents off at 18 (~2020) and i can say it 100% is the best decision ive made. i was fortunate enough to have amazing family and with a great safety net, so please keep those things in mind. do it when it is good for you! as well, i stayed on their insurance even after being nc bc they kept me on their taxes (we do a LIL fraud) so feel free to take all the reparations you can from them lol

Same. My dad is paying half my car note for now but he can’t keep a job so I just know he’s gonna fucking drop the ball at some point. He’s currently hanging that over my head for staying in contact

That’s very similar to what my family does cause they say they’ll help with my college debt but I have no idea how that would actually go :(
