I love coffee but I recently had to stop caffeine for a while because of stress. Then when I drank coffee again I got anxious. ☹️ I guess I should try decaf? I hope I can have some again one day.
Same thing here! I’ve switched to decaf and feel much better.

Remember that decaf still has a small amount of caffeine tho, so you should still avoid it near bedtime. Iirc it should t be enough to trigger anxiety tho

caffeinated tea might also be worth a try, the caffeine is slowly released whereas with coffee caffeine spikes and then crashes
