It is really hard. Having to remember to breath and eat and drink to survive is hard enough. And having to understand social situations, cues and ethics can seem impossible so not wanting to be alive can be a logical conclusion. But speaking from someone who has depression and autism, life still carries its joys so sometimes we need a change of scenery and structure that have blocked us from feeling that way. And it’s a process, but worth it once there’s a step in the right direction
