I have clean my fridge completely out multiple times in a week because I get so scared of thinks going bad or growing mold and accidentally eating it :( sometimes I get even paranoid about food that I JUST bought. Does anyone have any tips? Very scary

Eat a small piece of food at first, then gradually begin to eat more pieces, so you can teach your brain that it’s safe

I am very particular about food in general and I cannot eat certain textures or smell certain smells without feeling very sick and uncomfortable because of my autism too
