unfortunately a lot of educators aren’t allowed to offer accommodations to people who don’t technically require them. talk to your disability office, they may be able to help you even without a medical diagnosis. your campus may also offer free health center appointments or counseling that can help with it too

I cried cuz of some other stuff I couldn’t stop thinking about and let her know it wasn’t about her class and said yes to talking in office hours. She then pulled me into a sidehug and rubbed my back… I was very uncomfortable. I like hugs from a select few people otherwise I don’t understand why I’m touching your body with my own. I don’t think it helps that I don’t like her very much either.

Thank you, I will if nothing happens from our meeting. It’s just annoying because the class is just discussions of reading every week so a test makes no sense anddd the it’s and individuallized school that interdisciplinary so most of the students in it chose it because tests aren’t their thing.
