It’s up to the person to decide what is acceptable accommodation, not you. Everyone is different.

Ngl I had good teachers and I’d just ask for an extra day if I needed it and they gave it to me. It is definitely reasonable

Yeah but colleges don’t rlly do deadline flexibility as an accommodation for adhd students— in hs I could turn in any assignment 1 day late w/ no penalties and no notice, if it was later than that I had to talk to my teacher and let them know when I’d have it done by— that is just not a thing that colleges can or do offer and it sucks bc that was genuinely such a game changer for me before

Must depend on the school. My college does have deadline flexibility as a possible accommodation, but it’s capped at 24 or 48 hours usually.
