Does anyone know how easy/difficult it is to get a Valium prescription? I want to try it to help with my panic issues but idk if I’ll get shut down immediately

I cant even get more than 5 ativan every 6 months for chronic daily panic attacks, lmk if you have success lmao

🥲 dang, I’m really wanting relief from my panic attacks but trying to get medication that actually works is like hunting a white whale

It sure is, especially when drs are so hesitant about short acting stuff. Ive been put on every ssri/snri and many anti psychs about it that have all done more harm than good :( ativan is the only thing that worked but to advocate for that makes it look like im med seeking
