i think its a coping mechanism for being rational and intelligent in a world make for emotionally and logically lacking humans

It depends. I’ve met folks who believed in aspie supremacy and once had that mindset, but broke it a long time ago. Also consider that some folks can be on the spectrum and be diagnosed with a personality disorder, like NPD or ASPD.
