Why is half of the time therapy just. Awkward awful silence and “ok..imdonenow ithink” And there’s still 45 minutes left And the other time you spill everything out so fast because you know it’s a lot but it’s still over before you even finish the context

I have full control in my sessions and use them like tools to better myself. What are y’all doing being a sheep on a leash? No one knows you

It’s self directed but im bad at speaking up for myself. It’s almost like that’s why im in therapy and part of the therapy itself.
