I wear my noise cancelling headphones with nothing playing and wear sunglasses even when it’s not particularly bright out. Anyone else? I feel like it’s definitely a sensory thing like I’m trying to limit the sensory input to keep myself calm
I have to wear sunglasses even in overcast conditions because I squint so much I give myself a headache. Blue eyed problems 🥲

Very normal because there’s a lot of stimuli and the dimmed lights and dampened noise helps decrease stimuli

I’m considering sunglasses but I wish I had the option to get contacts, even if not prescription, with similar qualities. I’m so tired of the constant high intensity lighting, flashbangs from those awful LED headlights, all of it.
