I would just not mention it to make sure I don’t affect the rate at which I’m touched. Ya know? I don’t want them thinking about me thinking about it. So I’d rather just keep it to myself

Bring up the topic of love languages. “Yk I think touch is one of mine for sure” “yeah, you give like the perfect amount as a friend. Not too little, not too weird”
