I accidentally overshared to a coworker. She asked me what the PTSD was from and I was a bit too honest and kind of just said “a mixture of bad childhood and dead bomb trauma because my brother and I found her body.” Oops

If I had to pick apart what u said, I’d assume it’s the last part abt u and ur bro finding her body, bc imo that other part is quite vague and she literally asked, so like if she didn’t wanna hear she shouldn’t have asked - but I also didn’t know like ur dynamic but like idk how much of a difference it would make
