so my psychiatrist decided to prescribe me prozac bc she really wants to focus on my ocd rn
but she said it might help a little in terms of starting/transitioning to a new task. has anyone with adhd experienced benefits like that with prozac
I did Prozac a long while ago but I remember it objectively working but not being THAT helpful. But yea like 1 said experiences vary. It wouldn’t be a first-line med if it wasn’t one that worked for a lot of people.

Prozac made me an emotionless zombie, so if you get any benefit from it I say Kudos to you. But if it doesn’t work, tell your doc and don’t keep taking something that doesn’t work (like I did, oops)

i was on it for a few years and can sum it up as

My experience isn’t universal of course, but that’s my experience. Best of luck finding what works for you :)
