I hired a trans affirming personal support worker for myself yesterday officially. They work for an arts based personal support worker agency. They feel like a really good fit. I’m so relieved I worked through my internal ableism to get the care I need

It is where I live in Portland OR. Not every autistic PSW agency is trans friendly/affirming but there are a couple here that are
