My brother is having extreme executive dysfunction with taking medication due to severe ADHD. Does anyone have any routines or solutions that helped them?🙂

i take my meds at work and some of my coworkers also take meds, we remind each other every day to do it. helps a bit. on the weekends i set multiple alarms and put my meds where i will absolutely see them, like on top of my keyboard

An alarm clock for it, a pill organizer, it’s one of the few things I actually managed to get into a routine for just bc it helps. As long as I take it by noon yk

As others have said, alarm clock, and a daily todo list. If you wake up every day; and start checking things off, shower, pills, ect, it makes you motivated to do other shit. Never get to everything on the list, but decide what rolls to tomorrow, and what gets back burnered.

I use the Finch app (basically a self-care tamagotchi) & have it as one of my daily tasks. I’m on a 430 day streak, so I def recommend it lol.

oh yeah i also use a pill container that has a timer on the top, it displays how long it’s been since it’s been opened. helps me keep track of how long it’s been since i took my meds
