true!!!! i'm so sick of this, especially because a lot of us are very smart!!! i'm currently getting two bachelor's degrees at once, all while maintaining a 4.0 gpa. i don't need to be talked down to like a fucking puppy 😭😭😭 and even then, intelligence is complicated and shouldn't be measured on a linear scale! you never know what all is going on in any person's head. i'm sick of being treated like i was born yesterday as soon as anyone finds out i'm autistic
