Yess and I crack my joints all the time and people look at me like “girl are you okay that was loud af” so I just act it was a accident and pretend it hurt (it felt amazing) they do that when the fidget hits too hard and I full body jerk too. I found these pens with a spinny thingy at the top recently and those help a little but I still wiggle around like a 5 year old sometimes
