it wouldn’t be unreasonable to discuss maybe a traffic light system for conversation? red light = too overstimulated, chat tomorrow/text only? then green can be open door. 😇 making noises might be something on your end if you aren’t comfortable mentioning it to them so as not to overstep boundaries.
