i once had a counselor at uni tell me “maybe if you feel like you don’t wanna get out of bed.. just don’t feel that way”

Same. I haven't found another yet but my last said that my burnout after 3 days out of the week I went to work couldn't have possibly been from the job. (This was after severely burning out a good 6 times over the course of 5 years) 🙃
