trust it’s not as bad as you think from someone w adhd and who’s hands used to sweat at the thought of being behind the wheel , just take your time the other people on the road will adjust to avoid crashes . you control everything that goes on with the car just be patient i’m sure you’ll be fine
i mean when you’re a spectacular driver you basically control your fate 🤷🏻♂️i drove back n forth from mid va to ft drum and back off of an hr of rest. and i just got my first car last august . i don’t think it’s dangerous you’re the one controlling your car you can get and move around cars to be in open space 🤷🏻♂️. some ppl can’t drive so i understand
that’s that anxiety i’m hearing . and i don’t COUNT on other ppls driving literally saw someone road raging at 90+ because someone wanted to pass them . You control your fate looking in your mirrors driving how you can control your car trust like i never thought id be driving but look at me now going out of state w 0 anxiety
you said “other people on the road will adjust to avoid crashes” this is a very scary thing to tell a new driver because that is not always the case. and i’m actually not an anxious driver at all so don’t tell me you’re hearing anxiety. you can be an incredible driver and have someone else be the idiot that runs into you - never assume other people will adjust. driving isn’t scary - but you do have to trust yourself and only yourself
