My dr sent me to a blood test to verify that I’m taking my adderall (state law) and I assumed that the order would tell the lab what they were to be looking for n didn’t think to tell them that I’m supposed to test positive for meth, and I got detained ☹️

I think it’s a Medicaid rule bcos I have friends who live nearby who also don’t have to get tested. I also thought it was goofy bcos I’ve been on it for 15 months atp 😭 like I could’ve been selling for a very long time unchecked (to be clear I absolutely wasn’t, I love my brain pills, I just think it’s crazy that over a year went by before they were like hmmm is this bitch taking these?)

I think it’s part cos I’m 17 and part cos it’s a high crime area. I’m also using “detained” in a more colloquial sense, I wasn’t read my rights or anything. No additional police showed up, just the one cop that’s always there was like “you need to stay here until we get this sorted out” I was honestly freaking out more bcos 🍃 but I actually tested negative for that lmfao (which, it’s been a couple weeks so ig that makes sense)
