Anybody try anger management? I just get so unbelievably frustrated with people behaving stupidly that I tend to tell them that they are stupid in a not so nice way. My meds dont seem to help if anything it makes me telling somebody a piece of my mind 2ez

i don’t do anger management but i do therapy and i’ve made a lot of progress with it

i think it’s best to try to ignore those things and then rant to other neurodivergent people later, neurotypicals won’t do things efficiently or effectively lol and we notice and it bothers us but it’s best to ignore or offer them gentler advice i think, best you can ofc

their brains works differently, they don’t care about those things, which does suck and doesn’t make sense i agree. and yes they get upset if you try to be direct or help or tell them a better way, it just sucks but i try to laugh instead of get mad, like haha silly neurotypoid you don’t know how that works or should be

definitely try again.. it can be difficult to find a good therapist but it is genuinely worth the effort. i feel so much better every day because of the work i’ve done with the support/guidance of my therapist

i agree! and i also agree that all the biggest inventions and scientists who discover important things are autists who have special interests in those field and thus are obsessed with finding new things in those areas. we should be utilized and taught in a way that lets us achieve the things we want to achieve
