Is your head always supposed to be this quiet? I started Wellbutrin a few days ago after getting my adhd diagnosis. Where’d all the background noise and thoughts go? Is this med actually doing something???

Wellbutrin isnt a stimulant nor is it usally the first drug to put someone with ADHD on

It was the first one for me, but that’s cause it’s supposed to kill some depression too and I have NOT had luck with other antidepressants or add-ons
