I have annoying GI problems that could almost certainly be addressed by changing what I eat (I successfully did before at one point), but I have trouble bringing myself to eat certain things and lack energy to make the lifestyle changes it would take .__.
I believe I can make the change, but it will take a lot of preparation, scheduling, and habit change. I am just venting. Pls bear witness to me making the screaming frog sound about it

I relate so much rn. I have some GI issues that I’ve just figured out what are, and trying to adjust my eating habits is proving to be difficult
