does anyone have any tips for being less sensitive? i’ve lashed out at my bsf/roommate like 3 times and i feel awful abt it. i have apologized everytime, but i cannot stop getting upset abt stuff that does not matter. :(

The thing is controlling ur reaction, not the emotion itself- if u recognize when ur about to get mad, maybe leave the situation for a bit and come back
