Hey small note schizotypal personality disorder is not more common than autism. Not sure where you got that from. But it can be very similar to autism and many people with it are assumed to be autistic or misdiagnosed with autism first

I read the definition and imo it looks like SPD is just autism + paranoia and hallucinations or out-of-reality experiences
