Does anyone else get weird auditory sounds when they’re lying down to go to bed? Sometimes when I’m in bed and there’s no TV or I’m not on my phone, it’s almost like I hear music? Like I’m in a sort of trance, but then I snap out of it?

Sometimes my brain like “fills in” music if a song faded out and nothing replaced it

Is that the random times when your hearing fades and all you hear is ringing? Cause that happens to me and it’s normally only in one ear

precisely what it is. it only happens in one ear at a time for me

Same thing happens to me, it’s like I get cotton in one ear then it starts ringing. I always joke I’m “tuning into the angel frequency “

I do kinda have a couple tinnitus kinda ringings going on too but that’s different, one like the stuffiness and temporary ringing like cosmiiic said (glad it’s not just me lmao) and then a much lower pitched ringing I notice when I’m tired and it’s quiet

Yeah, like sometimes when I’m in bed and have my eyes closed, I don’t realize I’m “hearing” something until I open my eyes and suddenly all the noise I heard stops
