I imagine there are likely audhd discord servers. I'm schizophrenia-spectrum and part of a discord server for schizo-spec people, where I've made several friends. There also might be ND meetups in your area, too, if you're looking for people IRL.

I found the discord servers I'm in through reddit. Maybe try searching through the auDHD/autism subreddits to see if any have a discord server? Or maybe make a post here or on reddit asking if anyone knows an AuDHD discord server. I don't like reddit as much as yikyak but it's just a lot more populated unfortunately. For IRL groups try googling neurodivergent meetups and then the name of your city or the closest big city to you. Local libraries or colleges may also have ND groups that meet, too.
