
I find it’s incredibly helpful to identify the root of the emotion. Everything is a spectrum of love to fear. So if you’re angry that’s often fear manifesting itself in an ugly way. Why are you afraid? How can you address the real root of the issue? Sometimes it’s not even the issue but catastrophizing everything around it. If X happens the SKY WILL FALL!!! Important to identify the spiral that degrades thinking and winds up anxiety and emotion!
