I think I also just tend to assume that everyone I care about secretly hates me despite absolutely overwhelming evidence to the contrary. I need to mention this to my therapist.

Yes I will actively talk about a subject with the hopes that my friends will mention a certain thing in that subject so I can rant

I have a hard time understanding social cues and societal standards and even though I'm very upfront about it when I become friends with people instead of helping me if I mess up they typically just drop me and then talk crap about me. so I don't know how to be better
