Seriously mindfulness meditation only thing that’s helped combat the thoughts that just continue to cycle around and around again in my head. Lot less traumatic flashbacks, the ones I have are shorter and easier to exit.

agreed :( i still live with the abuser too so it’s hard to heal. thankfully i’ll be moving out soon so im almost there!
