Seriously mindfulness meditation only thing that’s helped combat the thoughts that just continue to cycle around and around again in my head. Lot less traumatic flashbacks, the ones I have are shorter and easier to exit.

agreed :( i still live with the abuser too so it’s hard to heal. thankfully i’ll be moving out soon so im almost there!

IM SO TIRED OF LIVING IN FEAR. WHY DO I HAVE TO SUFFER FROM THEIR ACTIONS FOR LIFE WHILE THEY FACE ZERO CONSEQUENCES ?????

yesss preach 🙏🙏 so true i do at least 30 min meditation every day and does help !!
