Literally the exact same. Got some weird trauma reactions to things, but nothing in my memory to go off of

I mean I get what your saying but like. You don’t know me or my situation? I have pictures of me and my dad when I was 7. However, I have zero memory of him. He called me a couple years later and kid me didn’t recognize him. I think that is highly unusual and concerning

I think it’s really weird that you read the phrase “trauma that you know must’ve happened” and, without having any further context regarding OP / their situation, immediately felt the need to contort that into “trauma that probably didn’t happen”
