I feel like its impossible to have ocd without anxiety disorder coexisting with it. Wasn’t aware people really could be diagnosed with just ocd without anxiety also diagnosed since it is an anxiety disorder itself? Maybe my doctor explained it poorly but i have both too. And addiction. Shit sucks stay strong 😔
