These are the nutrition details, my main dietary restrictions are fat and sugar (I don’t have a gallbladder and I have insulin resistance so limiting both is important for me)

I’m planning to try those ones when I get the chance, I just went with the blue wave ones first since I love me some blue raspberry flavor
