Im so proud of myself for something really embarrassing but I am saying it here anyway. I have been brushing my teeth almost every single night consistently! And the feeling of the toothbrush in my mouth doesn’t make me want to vomit as much anymore!

I feel that way with flossing, I’ve been decent about brushing always but have struggled with flossing and would get the disappointed dentist lol, now I haven’t gone in years but within the past couple months have been flossing at least once a day! It’s the small things something

Never be embarrassed!!!! You should be proud of this :))) I still can only commit myself to brushing once a day at night but I hope to one day be able to brush my teeth in the morning as well. It’s the effort that matters. As long as your technique is good you’re doing what you can!

I throw up every night I brush my teeth / tongue. But I’ve got genetic tooth issues and my teeth are garbage so no matter what I do they fall apart. Dentists are always rude about it. But dental care is so expensive to get them fixed so I’m proud of you!!

Mines less disgust but more I just forget, the only way I’m able to remember is to set an alarm and if I’m not home when my toothbrush alarm goes off I’m prolly not brushing

Utilize your rejection sensitivity. People are going to hate you if you don’t brush your teeth. Imagine the image of a whole room of people wanting to vomit. Then people judge you more and think you can’t do things and aren’t smart.
