it’s crazy how even tho my social anxiety is so bad in person when it comes to making small talk and meeting new people, i can easily talk to strangers on this app

It’s the fear of perception I believe. Even when I’m out in public & not talking to anyone it feels like my skin is crawling. I may not be consciously thinking about it but my nervous system is on fire just knowing people are looking at me. Tis the tism lol, for me at least.

Maybe ur scared of the permanent feeling of what u say on the internet. Like Ur scared to say the wrong thing and have it stay as it was, especially not being in person ppl can leave space for misinterpretation
