It’s the same for me It’s cuz I know no one and no one knows me

It’s the fear of perception I believe. Even when I’m out in public & not talking to anyone it feels like my skin is crawling. I may not be consciously thinking about it but my nervous system is on fire just knowing people are looking at me. Tis the tism lol, for me at least.

Don't dismiss it just cause it's on this app. Talking is talking and you aren't required to be perfect for an artificial challenge
