Mhmm, the bill also removes any funding from any kind of center that offers safe consumption sites, a lot of people are gonna die as a result. 😢 also to answer your question the ACLU is the American civil liberties union, and is a kinda non profit watch dog for civil rights violations. Can 100% agree there’s a homeless problem in the US, but declaring those people mentally ill, only stretches thinner the resources meant for actual mental health problems.
