I'm sorry to say but that's not gonna help :( Most people really genuinely do not do this out of malice, many adults are just too busy to initiate socially and it's made much worse by being ND and struggling socially. It's easy to forget or feel burnt out, even if it's not someone's intention to ignore you. Maybe instead you should tell your friends how you feel, but do it in a way that doesn't accuse them. Tell them that you're sad and lonely, and that it hurts that they never reach out to you.
