I'm so exhausted all the time, and I'm just now thinking it's a medical issue. I thought it was depression, but it's just fatigue/exhaustion, none of the other symptoms. I can't go out, or have fun, or hang with my friends, bc I'm so FREAKING TIRED-

ALL THE TIME. Even if I didn't do anything the previous day, or day of. I'm always about ready to pass out unconscious. I REALLY want to do shit, but I'm always exhausted. I have enough energy to work my shifts then immediately go home, eat, then go to sleep. Or to wake up and go to the gym then go home, eat, sleep. Does anyone know what's up?

unfortunately fatigue is a super common symptom of so many different things. They'll want to make your nutrient levels good, then probably check for endocrine & autoimmune issues. ME-CFS is pretty common now with long COVID, but doctors are super misinformed/uninformed so they probably won't even check after the more common stuff unless you make them.
