Guys ive been lacking on a lot of nutrients for a while now cause of forgetting to eat or eating the same comfort foods over and over. But my roommate has a blender and i bought ingredients in bulk for smoothies and omg its a life changer (cont)Like at the base level its just yogurt and frozen fruit. If you have a bullet blender you dont even have to have the hassle of more dishes cause you can drink straight from it. And i bought protein yogurt so i get my daily protein that i usually miss out on. And i throw a little orange juice in it for extra flavor and vitamins and bam i have so much extra nutrients and ive been feeling a lot better mentally from it
