why do I wake up easier after sleeping like crap and waking up multiple times during the night, but morning after i sleep well are so tough and i can’t wake up

not a doctor, but it could be because waking up a lot of times disturbs your sleep cycle so then you have to get up, you aren’t disturbing REM or deep sleep. If you’re sleeping well, there’s a chance that your alarm is set mid-sleep cycle, making it a lot harder to get up

I will literally feel so rested after like 3 hours of terrible sleep better than 8, so exhausting

possibly, they’re doing a sleep study on me at some point because they’re pretty sure i have the milder form a narcolepsy where you don’t cycle properly during sleep anyways
