I get frustrated VERY quickly and instantly get to a place of intense emotion. Does anyone have tips for dealing with this?

Be like me and go through about 1 an 1/2 - 2 months of deep depression. Then live the next 1+ years and counting of not really having any emotions, much less intense ones

or be like me and go thru prolonged deep depression that makes your emotional regulation even worse and intensifies everything tenfold but you’re able to hide it kinda well until you have one or two major meltdowns a month😔✊🏻

i try this but i think my brain is too fucked up for deep breaths to help me😭 its like i need a full blown screaming, crying, throwing up session to feel “normal” again🫩
