0 pressure from outside people was a prerequisite for me. And then honestly having access to the foods in the dining hall at school where I can put it on my plate but not eat it, taste it once, try it over and over. Mix it in with food I like, etc. eventually I found ways of eating them that I enjoyed and focused on that. And every win is a win! Like with mushrooms for me rn, I can just tolerate them on other food. I might never enjoy them but at least they aren’t as much of a handicap now ❤️
