Meal prep is my go to strategy. Cook simple things in bulk - pasta/rice + protein + veggies in Tupperware for the week or a few days. Cook a ton of food in bulk and you won’t have to cook when you’re feeling overcapacity or low blood sugar. You can do it!

In all seriousness, cooking is just very taxing and even more so when you’re hungry or after a long day as a neurodivergent person. Save yourself the hastle with things you can throw in the microwave while still being nutritious and satiating.

I do meal prep, but when I run out of meal prep and it’s not meal prep day, and I have to actually get up and make something that’s the hardest 😭
