Just now I had to pack to go back home from a trip and was dreading it, so I tried this and set the range to 1-30, got 26. I GOT IT DONE IN THOSE 26 MINUTES. It simultaneously makes the task feel more feasible because there’s a specific and palpable time limit, makes you want to complete the task within the time limit, and adds a gambling element to it since you might only have to work a few minutes
